How to start work

The Platform collects and analyzes data on customer actions. Using this data, you can customize interactions with your customer base through targeted segment communications and automatic trigger campaigns.

Follow the steps to begin effective work on the Platform:

  1. Set up a regular exchange of customer’s data and customer’s transactions;

  2. Perform migration of history data to the Platform;

  3. Connect communication delivery channels (e-mail, SMS/Viber, push). If the service provider you require is not available, request integration with your provider;

  4. Perform technical testing - make sure that the data are correctly presented in our system and it can operate with them;

  5. Get training, ask questions;

  6. Set up and run the communication chains.
