The Anniversary trigger allows you to track anniversaries of events.
The trigger allows you to:
Define type of event:
Customer’s birthday date
Customer registration on website or in loyalty system.
Customer’s first order.
Customer’s last order.
2. Set the interval for launching the campaign. The interval can be measured in years, months, days. For example:
Every year;
Every 2 months;
Every 10 days.
3. Set a delay. For example:
Greetings 15 days before birthday (delay "-15 days");
Bonuses one week after the first purchase (delay "+7 days").
Examples of this trigger usage:
Send birthday greetings and bonuses 15 days before the customer’s birthday every year.
Congratulate the customer on the anniversary of the first purchase.
If the customer hasn't made a purchase in a year, send him a promo code to encourage his next purchase.
To celebrate the anniversary of the customer’s registration on the website, offer him to participate in the promotion.
