Bonuses expected expiration

The Bonuses expected expiration trigger allows you to run a campaign if it is expected that customer’s bonuses are about to expire.

This trigger is available if integration with the loyalty program is enabled. You can set up the integration by sending a request to our technical support service.

You can specify a condition: more/less/more or equal/less or equal/equal, as well as number of days and bonuses.

For example: the trigger can be launched for customers with more than 500 bonuses expiring in 7 days or less.
