The mailing module allows you to send e-mails, SMS and push notifications to a group of customers.

Creating mass mailing

There are several ways to create mailing:

1. Creating mailing from the Mass mailing section

  1. Select the Mass mailings section from the main menu. Select a mailing type:

  2. Click Create new mailing.

  3. Describe the customers you want to send the newsletter to. Learn more about .

2. Creating mailing from the All customers section

  1. Create a segment in the , or open an existing segment (Cutomers --> User Segments --> click on the segment name).

  2. In the Customers block, click the button:

    1. Create mass mailing via e-mail;

    2. Create SMS mailing;

    3. Create push mailing.

  1. Select mailing that should be copied. Click Copy.

Mailing recipients

After describing the customers you want to send the newsletter to, the page will display a list of selected customers and a summary of their information.

You can estimate the volume of the mailing.

  • Good recipients: customers who can receive the newsletter.

  • Issue with address: customers who don't have an address, or have an incorrect address.

  • No subscription: customers who unsubscribed and won't receive the newsletter.

  • Actual recipients: the number of customers who will receive the newsletter.

For example, a segment has 14,730 customers. This doesn't mean that this exact number of customers will receive the newsletter.

  • 71 customers did not indicate their e-mail address.

  • In the example, the size of the control group is 10%. This means that 10% of customers will not receive the newsletter.

That leaves 13,257 customers who will receive the newsletter.

Select the Mailing calendar section in the main menu.

Click Create mass mailing button.

Select a type of mailing:
