Push mailings module allows you to send push notifications to a group of customers.

Push mailing parameters

Filling out push mailing parameters consists of the following steps:

1. Setting up A/B testing in the mailing, if necessary.

2. Filling out the message parameters. In the case of A/B testing it is necessary to fill out several variants of the message.

3. Filling out the mailing settings.

Message parameters

Fill out the text of the message. You can use the Template engine constructions in the text.

After filling out the message parameters, you can send a test message. To do this, click Test:

Specify Push ID in the text field and click Send:

Please note, when you specify your phone number for a test message, SC generates a message for a special test customer. This is done due to the fact that in general case the Platform’s user may not have a customer profile in the database.
