Regions

PreviousAccess rightsNextConstants for templates

Last updated 1 year ago

In the Platform you can create a region structure and give each user access to regions. Users will only be able to work with customers from their region.

Creating and editing regions

The Region management section is available via the main menu: Settings --> Regions.

Only users with Administrator rights have access to the section.

The section displays a list of all regions. The following data for each region is displayed:

  • Name;

  • Local ID;

  • Parent;

  • Currency.

You can create a tree structure of regions, for example:

  • France;

    • Bretagne;

      • Nantes;

      • Rennes;

      • ...

    • Normandie;

      • Caen;

      • Rouen;

      • ...

    • ...

In this example, France is the parent for the Bretagne, the Bretagne is the parent for the Nantes.

You can add new regions to the system by clicking Create. .

The administrator can edit the data of any region by clicking Edit.
