Contact information

In the Contact information section you should specify company name, website address, contact person and other information.

General settings --> Contact information section:

E-mail

General settings --> E-mail section:

This data is automatically entered into corresponding fields when you create e-mail mailing:

  • Sender name by default;

  • Sender address by default;

  • E-mail address for replies.

The name of the company for the unsubscribe page is displayed on the mailing subscription management page:

SMS

General settings --> SMS:

Sender's name by default is automatically entered into corresponding field during creation of SMS mailing:

The default country is used to complement phone numbers specified in incomplete format. For example, if the customer's number is "250-360-0211", and "Canada", is entered in the field, then the SMS message will be sent to "+1-250-360-0311".

SMS messages will be delivered to the recipient only within the time frame allowed in the Platform settings, for example from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. This interval is specified in the SMS delivery time interval field.

If the time at the recipient's location is outside the specified time interval, the message will wait in the queue for the next day until the specific delivery time interval occurs.

Enable best categories report

The E-mail category settings can be found in the section.

The SMS category settings can be found in the section.

The value from the Receipt attribution period field is automatically substituted in corresponding setting in the mailings. You can read more about receipt attribution .

The RFM segment calculation period field specifies the time period for which the data will be taken into account when building .

If website event tracking is activated, the customer's actions on the website are displayed in the Customer profile --> section.

Activating the Enable best categories report option adds the section to the mass mailings report.

Some categories can be excluded from the report. To do this, you should list these categories in the Categories excluded from product analyzers field:
