What is region

In the Platform you can create a region structure and give each user an access to regions. Users will be able to work with customers from their region only.

Different regions can have their own prices for the same products, as well as different values of region constants.

Creating and editing region structure

Management of the region structure is described .

Assigning user to region

You can assign user to Region in Settings --> in the Available regions field.

Constants for templates with assignment to regions

Access rights depending on region

User has access only to customers from his/her Region.

Also user has access to all child Regions. For example, a user with access to Region France has access to Regions Bretagne, Normandie, etc.

If customer has no Region specified, user has no access to this customer.

Different regions may have different values for region constants. Read more about this .

In the the user sees only customers from his/her Region.
