When e-mail/SMS/push mailing is part of a , you can view a report about it. To do this, go to the Campaigns section in the left navigation menu:
Select campaign, click Report:
There are nuances in the campaign report:
Several communication channels can be combined in campaign. In this case, you can view the Mailing effectiveness either for the entire campaign or just for e-mail/SMS/push mailings.
By default, report is displayed for all mailing channels:
To see report only for SMS messages within the campaign, click on the SMS icon:
Select e-mail/SMS/push action for which you want to view the report. Switch to the edit mode for that action by right-clicking on it and then clicking pencil icon:
Click View report at the bottom of the window:

If the campaign included several mailings, you can view separate statistics for each of them. To do this, on the page switch to the campaign editing mode by clicking Edit:
