Date come for order

The Date come for order trigger allows you to launch campaign a few days before, after, or at the occurrence of a date, stored in one of the order fields.

For example: an order may contain a separate field with the period of storing the order at the local pickup. In this case you can set up a notification that the order will be returned soon from the local pickup.

To select a date, start typing its name in the Field containing the date. The list will display all the fields that have the entered text in the name.

You can select several options for when to start the trigger:

• At specified date;

• In specified number of days before the date;

• In specified number of days after the date;

The trigger will be launched at 00:00 (the time specified in Settings --> General Settings --> Contact Information --> Time Zone). If it is better to perform further actions during working hours, set delay using the Wait for X minutes/hours/days action.
