Date come for client

PreviousDate has comeNextDate come for order

Last updated 1 year ago

The Date come for client trigger allows you to run a campaign on a date specified in one of the fields of customer’s profile.

You can assign campaign launch to that date occurrence:

If the first action in the campaign is sending SMS/push notifications, the messages will be delivered later (at the time specified in Settings --> General Settings --> SMS --> Time Interval for SMS Delivery).

Sometimes it is necessary to re-use campaigns that start with the Customer’s due date trigger. For example, last month you ran a campaign related to a customer's last receipt. A couple of months later, you want to run a similar promotion again and want to use previously created campaign for the notification, substituting the text of the promotion message.

In this case, it is necessary to make a value of the Interval between repeated re-entries parameter less than the elapsed time since the last campaign launch. Otherwise, when you re-use it, customer will not get into this interval because the Platform will consider that customer has already been in the campaign before and he/she should be excluded.

The trigger will be launched on specified date at 00:00 (by the time specified in Settings --> General Settings --> Contact Information --> Time Zone). If further actions are better to perform in working hours, set a delay using the action.
