To see all mailings, go to the Mass mailings section and select a type of mailing.

The page displays a summary of all mailings of that type:

  • The number of mailings sent.

My mailings block displays information on each mailing:

  • Status (Created/Sent);

  • Subject of e-mail/text of e-mail, or mailing name (if it was specified during creation of the mailing);

  • The date the mailing was created;

  • Number of receipts associated with this mailing;

  • Amount of receipts associated with this mailing.

The following actions are available for each mailing:

View mailing parameters that you set when you created the mailing;

Copy mailing (create new mailing on the basis of existing one);

Delete mailing.

If you delete mailing that hasn't been sent yet, it won't be delivered to customers.

There are the following options in the My mailings block:

  1. View information on other pages;

  2. Sort records in ascending/descending order in any column. For example:

    1. Arrange all mailings by subject in alphabetical order.

    2. First display those mailings for which the amount of receipts is maximum;

  3. Filter the mailing list by an additional condition. For example, display only newsletters with information about discounts:

Total number of receipts: how many purchases were made under the influence of newsletters, taking into account the .

Total amount of receipts: total sum of purchases made under the influence of newsletters, taking into account the .
