Next action in the campaign will be delivered on the specified date at 00:00 (at the time specified in Settings --> General settings --> Contact information --> Time zone section).
If the next action is sending SMS/push notifications, the messages will be delivered later (at the time specified in Settings --> General settings --> SMS --> SMS delivery time interval).
