Campaigns

What is a campaign

A campaign is a graph that describes the rules of interaction of the Platform with customer profiles.

Campaign editor:

A campaign consists of one trigger and one or more actions. Campaigns can be non-linear, i.e. contain branches.

An example of a campaign: If the customer has placed an order, then:

  1. Wait 1 hour.

  2. Send an e-mail to the customer.

  3. Wait 3 days.

  4. If the e-mail was not opened, then send an SMS to the customer if you have the customer’s phone number.

The Platform launches campaigns once per minute.

You can set rules for a campaign that limit re-entry of customers into the chain. For example, allow a customer to re-enter the campaign after one year at the earliest.

Attribution rules can be configured for a campaign, linking receipts to that campaign.
