Creating a campaign

You can create a campaign by clicking the Create new campaign button in the Campaigns section:

You should specify a name for the new campaign:

Fill out the following attributes:

• Activity: Yes/No. If the campaign is not active, it will not be launched.

• The interval between re-entries determines how often the customer will be allowed to get into the chain. For example, setting "365 days" allows a customer to re-enter in a campaign not earlier than 365 days.

• Control group size.

• Attribute receipts. The setting allows you to set the period during which receipts are considered associated with this mailing. If Attribute receipts function is not active, purchases will not be associated with this mailing.

To organize a campaign, edit the trigger and add a chain of actions. You can change the scale of the image:
