When e-mail/SMS/push mailing is part of a campaign, you can view a report about it. To do this, go to the Campaigns section in the left navigation menu:
Select campaign, click Report:
The campaign report is similar to the mailing report and consists of four blocks:
Product sales (not available to all customers).
There are nuances in the campaign report:
Several communication channels can be combined in a single campaign.
You can view report for an individual campaign action.
Several communication channels can be combined in campaign. In this case, you can view the Mailing effectiveness either for the entire campaign or just for e-mail/SMS/push mailings.
By default, report is displayed for all mailing channels:
To see report only for SMS messages within the campaign, click on the SMS icon:
Several SMS mailings can be sent within one campaign. SMS report displays information about all SMS mailings sent within this campaign.
If the campaign included several mailings, you can view separate statistics for each of them. To do this, on the Campaigns page switch to the campaign editing mode by clicking Edit:
Select e-mail/SMS/push action for which you want to view the report. Switch to the edit mode for that action by right-clicking on it and then clicking pencil icon:
Click View report at the bottom of the window:
Report fully corresponds to the mailing report.
Several SMS messages can be sent within one campaign. Report for the Send SMS action displays information about this particular SMS mailing.
