ActionAssign call allows you to assign a call to customers to the call center operator.
Specify the subject of the call. Prepare a call script for the call center operator. In the Call script field, you can use the Template engine constructs.
You can assign the call to a specific call center operator, or make the employee selection automatic.
You can manually select any employee registered on the Platform (Settings → Users → Employees list).
There are two possible situations:
If the Platform is integrated with a call center, a task will be automatically created for a call center operator.
If the Platform is not integrated with a call center, the task will be automatically created for the employee in My tasks.
