ActionAccrue points allows you to accrue points to customers for actions on the Platform. For example:
Visited the web site: 3 points.
Made a purchase from the mailing: 5 points.
Purchased in a store: 20 points.
Points can be both added and subtracted.
For example, if the customer contacted the call center with a complaint: write off 10 points.
Using this action, you can also pick out more active customers and build segments using scoring.
For example:
Visited the website 3 times in a month: award points.
Made more than 2 purchases in the last quarter: add points.
Opened an e-mail: add points.
In the Number of points field, you can specify either a positive number (to accrue points) or a negative number (to write off points). For example, you can add -10 points:
