Subscriptions management

The Platform allows you to manage customer subscriptions based on their interests:

  • Customers can subscribe only to mailing categories in which they are interested.

  • In the segment builder you can select only customers, who have participated in the mailing or purchased products via mailing.

In the Platform, you can manage mailing categories. You can specify category for each mailing. Examples of categories:

  • News;

  • Loyalty program balance;

  • Promotions.

The categories are set up in the Settings -> Mailing categories section

Customer can manage subscription to the mailing categories. For example, he/she can choose to receive mailings from Promotions and Balance categories, but not from News category.

  • Subscription parameters are set up in customer's profile.

  • Customer can set up subscriptions to categories using the Unsubscribe from mailing link in the e-mail.
