Access rights

The Platform uses role-based access control. Each employee can have just a single role assigned to him/her.

List of standard roles:

  • Designer: sees only sections of templates and presets;

  • Analyst: sees all sections except the Settings section. Cannot create/edit/delete campaigns, polls, or mass mailings. Cannot connect via API;

  • Marketer: sees all sections except Settings, can do everything in them. Cannot connect via API;

  • Administrator: can see all sections + Settings;

  • Call center operator: only sees customer list (All customers section), the customer card, and the Tasks section. Cannot connect via API;

  • API: sees only API.
