You can send a copy of the message to test groups. To do this, click on the link, in the field that opens select the test group.

Test groups are available if at least one test group is created in the Settings -> Test Groups section. Learn more about test groups.

You can specify a mailing category in order to send a message only to the interested customer:

You can limit the size of the mailing by specifying what percentage of customers will receive it. For example, the selected segment has 10 thousand customers, and you only want to send 2 thousand messages. Specify that 20% of customers from the selected segment will receive the mailing. To do that, click the Limit mailing size link and enter 20 in the text field.

You can postpone the mailing. Set a date and time when the messages will be sent.

For postponed mailings the time is set in terms of the time zone specified in the system settings. (Settings -> General -> Contact information)

By default, SMS and push messages will be delivered to customers at daytime, taking into account their time zones. The allowable delivery time is specified in the settings. If you want the messages to be delivered immediately, check the box:

You can set the attribution parameters of receipts for the mailing. This will allow you to understand if purchases are associated with this mailing.

After filling out the mailing settings, you can send the mailing to customers, or save it as a draft to edit and send later.

If you select Save as draft, the mailing will be saved for later editing and will not be sent. In order to send out messages, you will need to open a draft and click the Save and Send button.
