Anniversary

The Anniversary trigger allows you to track anniversaries of events.

The trigger allows you to:

  1. Define type of event:

  • Customer’s birthday date

  • Customer registration on website or in loyalty system.

  • Customer’s first order.

  • Customer’s last order.

2. Set the interval for launching the campaign. The interval can be measured in years, months, days. For example:

  • Every year;

  • Every 2 months;

  • Every 10 days.

3. Set a delay. For example:

  • Greetings 15 days before birthday (delay "-15 days");

  • Bonuses one week after the first purchase (delay "+7 days").

Examples of this trigger usage:

  1. Send birthday greetings and bonuses 15 days before the customer’s birthday every year.

  2. Congratulate the customer on the anniversary of the first purchase.

  3. If the customer hasn't made a purchase in a year, send him a promo code to encourage his next purchase.

  4. To celebrate the anniversary of the customer’s registration on the website, offer him to participate in the promotion.
