Set tag

You can set multiple tags for one customer by specifying them separated by commas.

You can delete old tags.

For example, if the customer bought a phone, you can:

  • Set him the tag "Bought iPhone X."

  • Remove the tag "Wants to buy iPhone X".

Transferring a list of tagged customers to the loyalty program

If integration with the loyalty platform is set up and the loyalty platform supports customer list transfer, then when you tag a customer list this list is automatically transferred to the loyalty program.

For example:

  1. We create a list of customers with the tag “Wants to buy iPhone 11”.

  2. This list is automatically sent to the loyalty platform.

  3. In the loyalty platform you can set up a rule for customers with this tag. For example, offer them a gift if they buy an iPhone 11.
