Run A/B test

To create branching variants, add child nodes. You can specify two or more different variants.

A/B test example:

In the Distribute specified number of customers field, randomly specify the number of customers on which the testing will be performed. These customers will be evenly distributed across all branches. Then the most effective variant will be given preference.

For example, if 500 is specified in the field, the first 500 customers will be evenly distributed across all branches, and all subsequent customers will be directed to the winning branch.

In the Criteria for selecting winning variant field, specify the criterion for selecting the best variant. The winner will be the variant with the maximum number of openings/transfers/orders in the branch.

The Result waiting period, days field allows you to postpone and not immediately take into account customers' actions.

For example, if the field is set to 7 days, openings/transfers/orders in the first 7 days will not be taken into account when calculating the winner.
