Accrue bonuses in the loyalty program

This action is available if integration with the loyalty program is enabled. Integration can be configured via request to technical support team.

The set of the Accrue bonuses action parameters depends on the options of the particular loyalty program platform.

You can set the Date of bonuses activation if the loyalty program supports such option.

If the loyalty program supports bonuses burning you can set the validity period of these bonuses in the Validity period, days field.

If you have to accrue bonuses and send notification about it to customers, create a chain of actions in the campaign: Charge bonuses -> Wait for ... -> Send message.

In this case the customer will receive the bonuses first, and then he/she will receive the message on bonus accruing, that will allow to avoid the situations when the customer has already received the notification, but his/her bonus account is not updated yet.
