Mailing report

You can view a report for any mass mailing. To do this, click Report in the My mailings block.

There are 4 blocks in the report:

The report is generated for the period.

You can see the mailing report for the campaign.

Orders via mailing

The Orders graph displays the number of receipts and turnover via mailing.

To see the exact data on a particular day, move your mouse to the required point on the graph.

The graph shows the attributed receipts associated with the mailing. You can read more about attribution in the article Receipt attribution.

Mailing efficiency

The graph shows the mailing efficiency.

Move your mouse to the point on the graph to see the exact data on a particular day.

Information about the mailing efficiency is displayed in the form of a funnel. For each stage, you can see what percentage of customers clicked on it. For example:

  • Sent and delivered 100% of the messages;

  • Opened: 42.7%;

  • Clicked the link: 21.1% customers.

The right side displays information about what percentage of customers has moved on to the next stage. For example:

  • Of those who opened the email, 50% clicked on the link.

You can see how many percent of the recipients complained about spam or unsubscribed.

Important. Mail services do not provide you the information that your e-mail got into SPAM due to their algorithms, so you can find out that your e-mail got into SPAM only in cases when the recipient has explicitly clicked the "Spam" button himself/herself.

You can click on the magnifying glass icon and see a list of all customers at each stage. For example, a list of those who clicked on the link from the email:

This is an example of the report visualization for e-mail mailings. Less data is displayed for SMS and push mailings.

Control group and A/B tests

The Control group and A/B tests report allows you to analyze the results of the mailing by groups if:

The report looks like this:

The report shows the attributed receipts associated with the mailing. You can read more about attribution in the article Receipt attribution.

Product sales

The Product sales report shows the TOP 25 product categories in the receipts associated with this mailing.

Outlook of the Product sales report:

The following data is displayed for each product category:

  • Sales by category, units: how many products were purchased in this category;

  • Sales by category, Euros: for how much money were purchased products in this category;

  • Number of receipts by category: how many receipts were issued for purchases in this category.

In the Products sales table, you can sort by columns (by clicking on the column name) and search by category name.

When you move your mouse to the sector of the pie chart, the name of the corresponding product category and the numeric value are displayed. For example, if the table data is sorted by the column Number of receipts by category, the sector diagram will display the number of receipts in this category.

You can organize the TOP 25 in three ways:

  1. By the quantity of products sold in the category. For example, most purchased products are nails - 600 boxes and wallpaper - 400 rolls.

  2. By the value of products sold in the category. For example, drills were bought for 450 thousand, screwdrivers - for 320 thousand 450 thousand.

  3. By the number of inclusions in receipts. For example, 300 receipts with nails and 250 with screwdrivers.

By default, the data in the table is sorted by the first column and the TOP 25 is formed by the quantity of products sold. To display the TOP 25 by cost of products sold, you need to sort the data by the second column.

If a control group or A/B tests was included in the mailing, you can see the TOP 25 in each of the groups.

  • If several variants of the message were sent using A/B testing, you can analyze how each of the messages affected product sales.

  • If a control group was created, you can compare sales among those who received the mailing and those who didn't.

Outlook of the Product sales report when mailing to a control group:

The report shows data from attributed receipts associated with the mailing. You can read more about attribution in the article Receipt attribution.

Heat map of clicks

The Heat map of clicks report shows:

  • How many times customers clicked on the links in the email;

  • How many percent of readers clicked on the link.

In the example, we see that there were 37 clicks on the first link and that 14 percent of the mailing readers clicked on the link:

The Heat map and Tags buttons allow you to control the outlook of the report:

  • The Heat map button enables/disables the heat map. By default, it is on, in the example it is off:

  • When you click Tags, the tags start appearing only when you move your mouse to the link:

When an e-mail/SMS/push mailing is part of a campaign you can view a report for it too. To do this, go to the Campaigns section in the left navigation menu:

Select campaign and click Stats.
